Overview of fluid equipment
The atomizer cleaning machine is a product that automatically completes the cleaning of spray guns/spin cups in an extremely short time according to pre-programmed cleaning procedures, replacing manual cleaning operations. Meanwhile, it significantly reduces the amount of cleaning solvent used. When connected to a waste solvent recovery system, the waste solvent is stored centrally and can be reused after filtration, distillation and other treatments, which can greatly reduce the cost of cleaning solvents and reduce VOC emissions.
It can improve the quality of product spraying, reduce the rejection rate, increase the first-pass yield and reduce downtime. It also reduces the wear and tear of the atomizer and is equipped with purge air to blow dry the spray cap after cleaning. With a 304 stainless steel structure, it is easy to clean and features an explosion-proof design.

360°flushing nozzle
Rotary impeller design enables 360-degree alternating flushing of the spray head with air and solvent. The sealed adapter prevents solvent spillage.

Quick disassembly
Quick-screw design. It enables quick cleaning of the barrel interior. The entire stainless steel barrel body undergoes polishing treatment, with an open-type discharge.

Safe and explosion-proof
The entire machine adopts a pneumatic design. The impeller uses mechanical ceramic bearings, and stainless steel pneumatic valves are employed for switching fluids and air. The equipment can achieve safe and explosion-proof operation once grounded.

Small size easy to deploy

cleaning efficiency, particularly in severe contamination scenariowhere emulsions form. For mild contamination, a single solvent/air step can be used. The backflow valve prevents air from entering the solvent during simultaneous valve operation, eliminating the need for pause intervals between solvent and air valve closures. Additionally, introducing air into the solvent during the cleaning process enhances operational efficiency.
